- When you sign up with Slice Directory, we send you a verification email. This is to make sure you gave us the right email address when you set up your account. We also send a verification email if you update your email address in your account settings. Be sure to click on the link in the email to verify your account. If you don't, you won't be able to sign into Slice Directory. Can't find the email? Check the junk or spam folder in your email account. The verification email might have been put in there by a spam filter.
- I can't sign in because of technical problems
- We may be having technical problems. If so, we try and fix these as quickly as possible, so it could be working again soon.
- Why do I need cookies enabled to sign in?
- We use cookies to let us know if you're already signed into Slice Directory.
That means...
If you've disabled cookies in your web browser, you won't be able to sign up or sign into Slice Directory. (So, to sign in, you need to enable cookies on your browser first.)
If you delete your cookies on your web browser, you'll be signed out of your Slice Directory account. So, you'll have to sign back in the next time you visit.
